Founder and CEO of Square Inch – A niche property acquisition, development/investment and Joint Venture specialist focusing on re-development (conversion, refurbishment and new-builds) of residential and commercial land and property.

Square Inch London was founded by Damien Finnegan, an exceptionally experienced Chartered Building Surveyor, developer and investor with a consistent track record of delivering successful projects.
Damien set up Finnegan Property Services in 2007 and developed a highly respected, award winning surveying and project management business working with investors, private and public companies, developers and public bodies.
Damien's Background
In 2017, after 10 years at the helm, Finnegan Property Services was sold to a major competitor. Damien is now involved as an advisor to the Board. Damien has 20 years of experience in the property sector and started investing in 2005. Whilst he continues to build his investment portfolio he focuses on his passion for developing underutilised assets and getting the best planning permissions possible to create great outcomes not just for the investors but also for vendors, the surrounding communities and the environment alike.
Damien is a recognised industry expert and acts as a mentor and advisor helping maximise returns from projects and developments through his knowledge and expertise in creating added value through planning permission and innovative funding arrangements.
Meet The Team
Over the years, Damien has built a highly experienced and efficient team of professionals including Architects, Engineers, Planning Consultants, Surveyors, Project Managers, Interior Designers and Construction Teams.
The team includes other specialist professionals all with the varied expertise and experience required to deliver the complexities of the varying types of projects we get involved in.
Eanna has a Bachelors degree with Honours in Accounting, Finance & Law and is an ACCA affiliate. Prior to joining Square Inch London, he worked as a banker (specialising in the property sector) for five years managing a portfolio of over 200 customers with a loan book of c£400m. Eanna has structured property investment and development deals in excess of £10m and his expertise lies within the London Commercial and Residential markets. Eanna looks at the viability of projects and seeks new investment opportunities.

Michaela has over 10 years’ commercial experience predominantly in the property sector. She was born and raised in Slovakia where she studied Economics and Accountancy. After graduating, Michaela found a new passion and career in the property sector where she has gained valuable experience by managing estate agencies and award winning Building Surveying companies in West and Central London. She manages the costs on our projects ensuring that each is keep within the budget.

Stephen holds a Masters degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. His specialism lies in overseeing the planning, development and execution of our marketing initiatives. He also oversees the sales, business development and customer service aspects of the Square Inch Group. Prior to joining the company, Stephen has been responsible for several successful exit strategies, start up experiments and various growth projects in the construction and property sector.

Natalie has enjoyed a successful and diverse career in property management, ranging from residential to commercial developments. She joined Square Inch London in 2007 as the company’s property manager.

Having gained ten years’ on-site construction experience, working in a number of trades, and specialising as an NVQ Level 3 Advanced Plasterer, Michael obtained a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Building Surveying.
Whilst providing Building Surveying services in the residential, commercial, and public sector for a number of well-known London-based firms, Michael achieved his Chartered status and is now a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Michael is experienced in delivering multiple multi-million pound projects concurrently as Development Manager at Square Inch London, specialises in successfully delivering projects from initial concept and planning stages through to completion.
