A one bedroom flat was acquired and the loft space totally redeveloped and extended to create a three bedroom family flat with study, two bathrooms and roof garden.

The flat had not been touched since the 1960s when the building was originally converted. We negotiated the loft space within the purchase therefore providing development potential to extend into the loft and increase the floor area. There was also access to a flat roof on the side of the property to accommodate a roof terrace to give much valued outdoor space. We were therefore able to double the footprint of the original flat and create a three bedroom flat over two floors with a garden terrace.

The location of the property means that it is one stop from Paddington from Acton Main line station.
