Project description:

We acquired a large detached Victorian house in extremely poor condition and with multiple occupants. Then through extensive design and working closely with the local authority (including the conservation officer) we obtained planning permission to redevelop the under-utilised site.

We increased the floor area by over 125% to create five beautiful flats, three of which were duplex, and added  private and communal gardens including off street parking.
