We acquired the original run down Edwardian semi-detached house (circa 200m2) in April 2016. Planning permission was obtained in 2018 for redevelopment to four two bedroomed self-contained flats.

The flats were launched to the market off plan and are currently under construction with works scheduled to complete by October 2019. One of the four flats has been sold off plan and the launch date for the remaining flats is August 2019. The development will be completely sold and exited by the end of 2019.
