We purchased the original semi-detached Victorian house as a rundown HMO which had not had any love for many years. The neighbours were tired of living beside a busy and noisy house not to mention an eyesore.

With the support of the local residents, we obtained planning permission and redeveloped the house into three high specification self-contained flats for the professional market.

We created a large two bedroom garden flat on the ground floor with a cellar utility room and two quirky one bed duplex flats over the 1st & 2nd floors. All three flats were sold on the launch day and broke the ceiling prices on the street for similar flats nearby.
